Return & exchange policy

Our number one goal is that you are 100% satisfied with our products!

If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we make it easy for you to return your items.

Returns and exchanges

Any product may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for either refund or exchange.

All returned items must be in the original packaging and in unused, unaltered condition.

You may return items using any insured and trackable delivery method at your expense.

Please understand, that shipping charges for your original order are not refundable.

The return & exchange policy is applicable for the 48 contiguous US states only. For Hawaii, Alaska, and international returns & exchanges please contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 820 2559.

Once your package has been received, we will process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

We will issue a refund to the same credit card that was used to purchase the item(s) returned.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

We inspect every item carefully before we ship it to make sure everything is in perfect condition.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives!

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please call us immediately at (888) 820 2559. Our Customer Services representatives are available from 9:30am to 6:30pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

We will replace defective, damaged or incorrect items at no charge for up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please return the items, following the step-by-step instructions given below. Your return shipping costs will be funded. Items found to be defective beyond 30 days should be serviced through your product's warranty.

Refused packages

Packages refused upon delivery will be subject to outbound shipping charges, return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee.


 

Order cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please call us immediately at (888) 820 2559. Our Customer Services representatives are available from 9:30am to 6:30pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Outside our business hours, please contact us per email at service@allergo-natur.com.

We will do all we can to cancel the order. If your order has already been shipped, then you will have to return it following the standard return process.

Step 1: Contact us

Please call us at (888) 820 2559 to speak with a Customer Service representative.

Let us know which item(s) of your order you wish to return or exchange. We will step you through the process to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Our Customer service representatives are available from 9:30am to 6:30pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

Step 2: Log in to your account and fill out the return/exchange process  

Please log in to your account. Go to “My Orders” and select the option “Return Item”.

Fill out the return/exchange process, including your contact information, and which items you wish to return/exchange.

Please provide explanation of the reason for your return, as we constantly strive to improve our products and services.

Please print your return summary.

Step 3: Re-package the item(s)

If possible, please return the item(s) in the original shipping box. You may also use a plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your returns.

Don’t forget to include the printed and filled out return/exchange summary to ensure your return/exchange can be processed properly.

Step 4: Mail the return package

You can return the merchandise using any insured, traceable shipping method at your expense. Please note the tracking number for your shipment. We are not responsible for lost items. Please ship the package to:

Step 5: Receive your refund or exchange item(s)

Once we receive your package, your return or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

You will be notified by email when your return has been received, your refund has been issued, and/ or your exchange has shipped.

To track the progress of any return, exchange, or to view your order history, please sign in to your allergo natur® online account.

We will issue a refund to the same credit card that was used to purchase the item(s) returned.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Refunds to a credit card may not show up until your card’s next monthly billing cycle.
